When I would like to make a new tracking request, I received this error message :
Message tracking is not enable on this server.
I have this problem since we are restart the router. We have received some error message during the restart.

and since this time, the server attempt to restart the MT Collector but I have every 30 min the same message

I try this but nothing changed:
Tell router q -> Load router => the MT Collector don't start
Load MTC => the MTC is running but I reiceived always the error message Message tracking is not enable on this server
